What is collected
Only what you send through the contact form or by email: name, company, email address, topic and your message. The site uses no cookies, no analytics and no advertising trackers. Fonts are served from this site, not from third parties.
Why, and on what basis
To reply to you and, if we decide to work together, to prepare and run the engagement. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before a contract and, where a contract follows, its performance (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Who else sees it
The site and its form are hosted by Netlify, Inc., which processes form submissions on our behalf as a processor. Netlify is based in the United States; transfers rely on the safeguards provided by the GDPR, such as the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses. Email is handled by our email provider. Data is never sold or shared for marketing.
How long it is kept
Enquiries that do not lead to an engagement are deleted within 24 months. Engagement records are kept as long as Italian tax and civil law require.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to receive it in a portable format, by writing to hello@gibsonco.eu. You may also complain to the Italian data protection authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (garanteprivacy.it).
